Lake Norman Handyman is a family-operated business based in Mooresville, NC. We're not a franchise. We're not a platform. We built a subscription service because we got tired of watching homeowners struggle with the same problem: too many tasks, too many contractors to manage, and no consistent help.
Why we built the subscription model
Every homeowner has the same list — things they've been meaning to fix, upgrades they want to make, seasonal tasks that keep slipping. The traditional handyman model forces you to quote each item separately, wait for availability, and explain your house to a different person every time. That friction means the list never gets shorter.
We designed the subscription model to eliminate that friction. You pay one predictable monthly fee, get the same crew on a set schedule, and work through the list systematically. No quoting. No chasing. The list moves.
Our crew
We're a small team based in Mooresville. Our crews are experienced in residential handyman work — carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical fixtures, decks, painting, and the dozens of other tasks that fall under “home maintenance.”
We don't subcontract. The crew you meet on the first visit is the crew that comes back every month. That consistency is the whole point — they know your house, your preferences, and what's already been done.

Flat labor rate in your subscription. Materials at cost plus 15%, itemized after every visit. No surprises.

We tell you when a task needs a licensed specialist. We don't overreach into work our crew isn't equipped for.

We're designed for homeowners who want ongoing maintenance help, not one-time fixes. We get better at serving your home the longer we work on it.
