Questions we get about pressure washing

How much does pressure washing a driveway cost in Mooresville?

With a subscription, driveway pressure washing labor is included. Standalone driveway pressure washing in the Mooresville area typically costs $150-$300 for a standard two-car driveway. Three-car and extended driveways run $250-$450.

Can you pressure wash vinyl siding without damaging it?

Yes — we use a soft wash technique for vinyl siding, which uses lower pressure with a detergent solution to remove mold and grime without risking damage. High-pressure washing can drive water behind siding and cause damage. Our crew knows the difference and uses the right approach for each surface.

How often should I pressure wash my driveway in the Lake Norman area?

In the Lake Norman area, most driveways benefit from annual pressure washing. Driveways shaded by trees or on the north side of the house may need it every 8-10 months due to faster algae and mildew growth.

Do you clean boat docks?

Yes. Dock cleaning is a common request for our Lake Norman waterfront subscribers. We soft wash dock surfaces to remove algae and mildew without damaging wood or composite decking.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high water pressure (2,000-3,000+ PSI) to blast dirt and grime off hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 1,000 PSI) combined with specialized detergents to clean delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, painted wood, and roof shingles. We use the appropriate method for each surface to avoid damage.
