What's included in your plan
Furniture assembly and TV mounting are included in all subscription plans. Most flat-pack furniture takes 30-90 minutes to assemble. TV mounting with wire concealment takes 1-2 hours. We'll batch assembly tasks together — if you have a desk, two bookshelves, and a TV mount, we'll work through them in one visit.
What it costs
All assembly and mounting labor is included in your subscription. Mounting hardware (TV brackets, anchors, wire concealment kits) is billed at cost plus 15%. We carry common mounting hardware on the truck.

How much does TV mounting cost in the Lake Norman area?
With a subscription, TV mounting labor is included. You pay only for the mount and any wire concealment supplies — typically $30-$100 in hardware. Standalone TV mounting in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area typically costs $150-$400 depending on TV size and wire hiding complexity.
Can you hide TV wires in the wall?
Yes. We install in-wall wire concealment kits that route HDMI, power, and other cables behind the drywall for a clean look. For exterior walls or walls where in-wall routing isn't possible, we use paintable cord covers. Wire concealment adds 30-60 minutes to a standard TV mount.
How long does IKEA furniture assembly take?
It depends on the piece. A PAX wardrobe takes 2-3 hours. A MALM dresser takes 45-60 minutes. A KALLAX shelf unit takes 30-45 minutes. We've built enough IKEA furniture to know the common gotchas and finish faster than the instructions suggest.
Do you anchor bookshelves and dressers to the wall?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it if you have young children. Furniture tip-over is a serious safety hazard. We anchor bookshelves, dressers, and tall cabinets to wall studs using furniture straps or L-brackets. This takes 10-15 minutes per piece and is included in your subscription.
Can you assemble a Peloton or other exercise equipment?
Yes. We assemble Peloton bikes, treadmills, weight benches, and home gym equipment. Most exercise equipment assembly takes 1-2 hours. If the equipment requires electrical connection, we'll confirm whether a standard outlet is sufficient or if an electrician is needed.
