Contract and 25% deposit
Locks your start date. You get a calendar at signing so you know which weeks to plan around.

Demo and protection
Day one. Floor and wall protection goes down throughout the work zone before anything gets ripped out.

Build phase
Daily crew on site, daily clean-up, photo updates by text. One project manager runs the job demo through punch list.

Final walk and punch list
Completed within 7 days of the walkthrough. Final invoice issued only after every punch-list item is signed off.
Fixed-price contracts. Any scope change requires a signed change order before work proceeds. No surprise invoices.
Common questions
Are you a licensed general contractor?
We're insured and operate within North Carolina's $40,000 unlicensed-project limit on residential work. Our general contractor license is in process. Every tier and package we price stays under that threshold by design.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, when required. Most cosmetic remodels don't require a permit — we tell you upfront if yours does. Decks, basement finishing, and any structural work always require permits, and we handle the application and inspections.
How many remodel projects do you take at a time?
Two active remodels at a time, maximum. We don't take on more than the crew can do well. New projects join a waitlist when both slots are full.
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes. Every remodel is a fixed-scope, fixed-price contract. Any change to scope mid-project requires a signed change order before work proceeds.
Can I see past work?
