Exterior Repair Packages in Lake Norman & Mooresville, NC
Exterior work piles up: a few siding panels storm-damaged, soffits sagging on one side of the house, gutters that have outlived their useful life, paint faded on the south face. Doing them as separate one-off projects costs more and takes months. We bundle the work into one fixed-price scope and finish it in 2–3 weeks.
Exterior repair packages priced $8,000 to $22,000 fixed-scope: siding repair or replacement, soffit and fascia, new gutters and downspouts, full exterior paint refresh. Projects take 2–3 weeks. Bundling multiple fixes in one scope costs less than commissioning them separately.

Questions we get about exterior repair packages
What's included in an exterior repair package?
Packages bundle multiple exterior fixes into one scope: siding repair or replacement, soffit and fascia work, gutters and downspouts, exterior caulking, paint refresh, and door/lighting hardware. The exact mix is set at your walkthrough based on what your home actually needs. The advantage over piecemeal work is fixed pricing, faster total timeline, and one crew managing everything.
Do you replace vinyl siding or only repair it?
Both, depending on damage. Individual panels damaged by storms, impact, or age get replaced with matching profile and color sourced from local suppliers. Full-side replacement (one or two walls) is in scope for packages on the higher end. Full-home residing is a different scope; that's usually a dedicated siding contractor's job.
How much do new gutters cost in Lake Norman?
Inside an exterior package, gutter and downspout replacement for an average 2,500–3,500 sqft home runs $1,800–$3,500 depending on linear footage, single vs two-story access, and whether gutter guards are included. Standalone gutter quotes run roughly the same range, but you lose the labor efficiency of bundling with other exterior work.
Can you paint the whole exterior?
Yes. Full exterior paint is one of the most common items in our packages. We pressure wash, scrape and prime any peeling areas, caulk around windows and doors, and apply two coats of quality exterior paint. A full-house paint for a 2,000 sqft single-story runs $5,000–$8,000 within a package; two-story homes run higher due to access.
Do you repair soffit and fascia damage?
Yes. Soffit (the underside of your roof overhang) and fascia (the board your gutters attach to) are some of the most under-addressed exterior issues. Damaged soffit lets squirrels, birds, and water into your attic. Damaged fascia loosens gutter alignment and accelerates roof edge rot. We repair or replace both, repaint to match, and re-attach gutters cleanly.
How long does an exterior package take?
2–3 weeks of active work. Pressure washing and prep run the first few days, structural repairs (siding, soffit, fascia) the first week, gutter install and paint the second week, finish details (door paint, hardware, lighting) the final days. Weather can push timelines on paint days; we build a few buffer days into every quote.
Are you a licensed general contractor?
We're insured and operate within North Carolina's $40,000 unlicensed-project limit on residential work. Our general contractor license is in process. Exterior packages are priced under the threshold by design.
